The Farmville Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 3:00 pm, on Friday, May 7, 2021 in the Town Council Chamber, located on the second floor of the Town Hall, 116 North Main Street, Farmville, Virginia, to hear citizen comments and consider the following request:
A request by Pamela Atkins Layman for a variance to allow the use of vacant mobile home pads that equal up to a maximum of forty-two pads that have been vacant for over two years and are currently a non-conforming use within the R-3 District. The variance shall be for parcel identification number 023A08(OA)00-036, with an address of 502 Landon Street.
Any person(s) wishing to comment on the above matter should plan to attend this hearing. Following the public hearing, the Farmville Board of Zoning Appeals may act on the variance request.
