HVAC Rooftop Town Hall – The Town of Farmville, Virginia hereby solicits an Invitation for Bid for the replacement of three (3) roof top HVAC units. The Town of Farmville seeks a contractor to provide all material, labor, equipment, fees, and insurance coverage to furnish and install three (3) roof top HVAC units at Town Hall, 116 N. Main Street, Farmville, VA.

There will be a pre-bid conference and examination of facilities held at Farmville Town Hall, 116 N. Main Street, Farmville, VA, on Thursday, September 5, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. The pre-bid conference will begin in the foyer of the building, from the entrance of the building from N. Main Street, and then move to the rooftop of the building and outside perimeters of the building.

Dispatch Logging Recorder System – The Town of Farmville, Virginia hereby solicits qualified and interested vendors to deliver HVAC Rooftop proposals for a new Dispatch Logging Recorder System.

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a replacement, service, and maintenance of a Digital Logging Recorder, to be installed at the Farmville Emergency Communications Center, 116 North Main Street Farmville, Virginia 23901.

Qualified vendors should provide details on their solution to replace and fully implement a logging recorder that will meet the Farmville Emergency Communications Center’s (FECC) need to record, archive, and allow for the search and retrieval of recordings of all phone and radio communications within the PSAP. The FECC also requires that vendor solutions allow for the capture, recording, search, and retrieval of future Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG911) data within the FECC, such as SMS messaging and video, in accordance with the National Emergency Number Association i3 standards.

All proposals must be received by the Town no later than 2:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday, September 13, 2019. Any proposal received after the announced time and date, whether by mail or otherwise, will not be considered.
