The Farmville Town Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, at 7:00 PM in the Council Chamber, located on the second floor of the Town Hall, 116 North Main Street, Farmville Virginia to receive public comment on the following item:
- Resolution No. 2023-02-03: William W. Coffey, III on behalf of The Rosemyr Corporation, requests a conditional use permit to allow a one (1) story, one hundred sixteen (116) unit, 19,870 square foot mini warehouse (self-storage building) per Town Code Section 29-13.c. The 9.101- acre site is located on the west line of South Main Street at its intersection with Milnwood Road on parcel 0023A13(0A)00-008A. This property is zoned B-3 Highway Commercial and is on public water and sewer.
The Farmville Town Council will consider the request following the public hearing. Any person(s) wishing to comment on the above matter should plan to attend this meeting or submit written comments. If you do not feel comfortable attending the meeting, you can participate by contacting the Clerk of Council’s office and ask to participate in the public hearing by phone. Once a person has formally made this request, they will be provided with a conference call number.
