Finance / Treasurer
The Town of Farmville Treasurer's Office is responsible for maintaining all Town accounting records, payment of all Town bills, the investment of funds, preparation of monthly and annual financial reports and payroll. The Treasurer's office is also responsible for the preparation and collection of water/sewer bills, taxes and business licenses. They also handle the sale of cemetery plots and resident parking decals.

Farmville Area Bus
The Town of Farmville, in conjunction with the Virginia Department of Rail and Public Transportation and Longwood University, provides a fixed-route transit service seven days a week.
