Sealed bids, subject to the plans, specifications and conditions contained herein and attached hereto, will be received at the above office until, but no later than 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 17, 2023, to mill any existing pavement as needed (determination of need for milling will be made by the Town of Farmville), overlay pavement, and any other requirements on the following Town streets: East Osborne Road, Early Street, Bragg Street, Northview Drive, Needham Street, Georgia Street, Bizzarre Street, Jefferson Street, Spring Street, Monroe Street, Maryland Street, Stephney Street, Plank Road, River Road, Industrial Park Road, Layne Street (north), Appomattox Street (north), Grace Street, Grove Street (north), and patching of two sections of pavement: South Main Street at Graham Road and High Street at Jarman Auditorium.

| In lieu of a pre-bid conference, potential bidders MUST contact the Director of Public Works, Robin Atkins, to schedule a meeting to review the needs and scope of the proposed project. This meeting must be scheduled and completed no later than Friday, February 10, 2023. Failure of bidders to schedule and complete this meeting by the aforementioned date will disqualify them from bidding on the project.
