Centra Southside Medical Center (CSMC)
Centra Southside Medical Center opened for patient care on Monday, August 31, 2015. The CSMC is home to multiple general practice physicians and specialists. The Centra Southside Medical Center offers a full range of health care services including primary care, orthopedics, nephrology, psychiatry, physical therapy, occupational therapy, laboratory, speech therapy, and digital x-ray. CSMC office hours are Monday through Friday, opening from 8 am to 8 pm. Saturday hours are from 8 am to noon If the need increases, Sunday hours may be added later.
Appointments, new patients, and walk-ins are welcome and no one will be denied care regardless of their ability to pay.

Centra Pace
A program of all-inclusive care for the elderly. PACE is a comprehensive program for adults 55 years of age and older who meet the criteria for nursing facility placement, prefer to stay at home, and have an assessment indicating that living at home with the support of the PACE program is a safe alternative.
