Farmville Community Marketplace
The Farmville Community Marketplace is located in downtown Farmville at 213 North Street and will be the perfect place to pick up locally grown fruits and vegetables, meats, homebaked goods, handcrafted goods and more. The Marketplace will operate on Saturdays, rain or shine, April 25th through October; Hours of operation are 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

- In observance of Memorial Day, the Town of Farmville Town Offices, Police Administration Offices, Public Works Department and Farmville Area Bus (FAB) Administration Offices will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2015. All offices will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26th.
Garbage Route Change for Memorial Day

- The regular Town Council Meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Chamber on the second floor of the Farmville Town Hall, at 116 North Main Street, Farmville, Virginia. Town Council members gather for dinner in the Town Manager's Conference Room at 5:30 p.m., prior to each regularly scheduled Council meeting. The Regular Council Work Sessions are held the first Wednesday of each month at 11:00 a.m., in the Town Manager's Conference Room.
